The chart
Possessor chooses the family. Noun chooses the ending.
Use the row for the owner, then use the noun column. Some rows never change: его, её, их stay the same across all four columns.
Russian Possessives Intensive
This page trains the chart from the screenshot directly: first identify whose it is, then let the noun’s gender or number choose the ending. Mastery goes up from right answers that land quickly, not from slow guessing.
Mastery rule
Each cell in the chart keeps its own mastery score. Wrong answers lower it immediately. Correct answers raise it, but fast correct answers raise it more.

Same noun column, different owners.
Feminine
моя сестра, её машина, ваша книга
The noun decides the feminine ending.
Neuter
моё письмо, его окно, наше море
Neuter is the fastest place to lose track of endings, so it gets recycled hard.
